Retro Collector for N64 App Reviews

This app is amazing. Its fast, smooth and never crashes. Has a very thorough check list (as well as customizable) for displaying your entire n64 collection. Totally worth the $3 I spent, I just wish I had this sooner. I really hope the developer uses this format with every console (which he has a bunch of others). 10/10!

Best app need to buy the rest of them but need one for psp and first Xbox

I have nothing but good things to say about this. It is essential for any game collector.

This series of apps is something that I as a retro Nintendo collector could have only dreamed of a few years back. They provide incredible convenience whether you are a buyer, a seller, a collector, or any combination thereof! On top of that, the developer is very friendly, and is happy to listen to feedback and provide support, updates, and fixes for his product. Its only getting better from here!

The only reason its missing a star is because it has some pal version only games mixed in. There are only 296 North American games but this app says 308 games. Id put only the 296 cuz u can add games if u want later.

This app is a great way of keeping track of your N64 games, I recommend it for collectors everywhere.

I wish it just had NTSC games on list but otherwise it is a grea8 tool for any collector.

Bad review titles aside, I was thoroughly impressed by the care tended to for making an easily accessible collection app for gamers out there that either wish to collect and try new games for sake of nostalgia, someone interested in the 64 revolution that changed gaming, or wanted to catch them all to be the very best like no one ever was. I said bad review titles were out of the way. Not bad jokes. The review app contains the data and statistics of various games, and is usually updated to match the price to gain an accurate estimate if your collection. And though small at first, as your collection grows, a smile follows realizing the value of these items. For some gamers, this leads into deeper research of why the games are as rare or expensive as they are, and soon interesting discoveries are made. I may never had known that one of the most difficult games to ever get was once at my once local Blockbuster with once grand clay fighting animation. But everything changed when the streaming nation attacked. But now Im getting off track. This is an excellent app for anyone who desires to start or complete a collection. But it has its flaws. But why do I keep starting new paragraphs with but? Ah, the limitations of my literary stupidity.... Youll notice some titles are not in your local retro game store, nor in their systems. Thats because the app combines both NA and EU games. Which can get annoying when you have a game, but it says you need the one over there with a slightly different name to complete it. (Like Star Fox and Lylat Wars....wait....If you take the first word from one and the last word from that one, you get.....Lylat Fox! ...Hm. No. Something is missing....) Also, youll notice that some are either EU exclusive or US exclusive. And seeing as these games are region locked, you better be ready to pull out your n64 passports or cash for a new system based on that region (Except youre probably broke from buying everything up to this point...) This wouldnt bother me too much if they had a save function for which area you live for a proper 100% completion. Or perhaps extend it to Japan exclusives, since youve already stuck Rakugakids in my face. With that last knit pick aside, this app is recommended for any fan and collector of the n64. So, the rating is... 4.5/5 Yes, I rounded it. But most people over look apps for missing 1 star. 4 stars is still good, people. -The Unplugged Professor

Awesome app. But I wish I could remove the pal games from the collection, and 4 dollars is a little high

This app is great to keep track of which games you have and is just like the nes collector app that I recommend the only down fall is the price other than that its a great app

I wish that this app would let you play the games that are on the app and let you download it to your device that your using. Im rating this 5 star because it sounds like a good idea.

Not a fan of the 308 showing on the first screen. Its distracting and honesty pointless to have there.

Great to have for that quick reference. It gives you the actual value rather than se crazy eBay price. Includes 1/12 rarity scale thats useful too. Over all I love it and use it all the time.

The apps are very helpful I always use them.i would rather have pal exclusives in a different list or app. Tiger games app would be good to have.

My problem with this app is the same as the other ones Ive bought from them. They dont load across iPad/iPhone platforms. You have to re-enter everything. Also, if you own an expensive games manual but not a cart it counts it as owning the game and messes up the trophy room. Other than those two issues; this app rules. If you collect then you need to own it so you know what you have, always. Its a great format and a ton of fun. Update: since you updated the app the price totals have been insanely off.

This app, and all the others, are an amazing help for my collecting. Having a simple app that can keep track of my whole collection, and it is easy to navigate as well. Love it.
